The role of modern technical means in developing the performance of educational supervisors in the Jazan Educational Region

Abstract: The research aims to identify the role of modern technology in developing educational supervisors in the Jazan Educational Region. Modern technology means: My School platform, Noor system, Zoom application and Webex application. The study was pleased to identify the impact of modern technologies on the learning process and educational supervisors, as well as to identify the challenges facing reliance on modern technology in addition to ways to confront these technologies. To achieve this, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon and the electronic questionnaire was used and sent to educational supervisors in the Jazan Educational Region. The study reached the role of modern technology in developing the performance of educational supervisors by helping to diversify teaching methods and take into account individual differences between learners, in addition to providing educational supervisors with modern strategies that help to apply the latest evaluation methods. The research also reached the impact of modern technology on educational supervisors in that it is a means of addressing the difficulties found in teaching and education, as it increases the depth of the content of the study materials and addresses the different mental abilities. It also showed that the most important challenges facing the application of modern technology in developing the performance of educational supervisors was the failure to invest material resources in educational bodies in an effective way that helps to Increase its modern technological capacity
