Abstract

Traditional management is no longer suitable for keeping up with the ever-changing knowledge society, so it has become necessary to provide and form new administrations that work according to new concepts and methods through which goals can be achieved. Therefore, the research aims to try to reach a future vision in order to activate visual management, in a way that achieves the development of the performance of educational leaders in the primary education stage in Egypt, and to identify the extent of the contribution of visual management in developing the performance of educational leaders in the same schools from the point of view of the study sample, also to identify the reality of visual management of educational leaders in the same schools in light of the opinions of the research sample, and in order to reach this, the researchers relied on the descriptive approach, and prepared a questionnaire that included two axes (educational leaders - visual management) and each axis includes three dimensions related to the axis, and the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of directors, supervisors and first teachers working in schools affiliated with the Cairo Education Directorate, as the field study sample included five different educational administrations affiliated with the Cairo Education Directorate, and therefore a set of recommendations and procedural suggestions were reached that could contribute to activating visual management and developing the performance of educational leaders in primary education schools in Egypt.
