Abstract

The current Research aims to use the Accountability Approach to Confront Bullying in Universities As a Workplace, By Presenting The Conceptual Frameworks of Workplace Bullying in Universities in terms of: The Concept of Workplace Bullying, its Causes, and its Effects, and Identifying the Theoretical Foundations of Accountability in Universities in terms of: the Concept of Accountability in Universities, its Objectives, its Importance, its Areas, and the Requirements for Strengthening it, and the Relationship Between the Application of Accountability Areas and Confronting Workplace Bullying in Universities, As Well As Identifying The Danish Experience in Activating Accountability Areas to Confront Bullying in Universities As a Workplace, and Monitoring the Manifestations of Bullying in Egyptian Universities As a Workplace, and Relying on the Descriptive Approach for its Suitability to The Nature of The Research, and The Research Reached a set of Procedural Proposals Related to Achieving the Requirements for Strengthening Accountability to Confront Bullying in Egyptian Universities As a Workplace in The Light of the Danish Experience, The Most Important of which are: Spreading the Culture of Work Discipline Within the University Work Environment, Enhancing Job Satisfaction Among All Employees, and Adopting a Clear and Announced Policy to Confront Bullying in Universities As a workplace.
