Abstract

Investing in Human Capital in the Ministry of Education in light of the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030
The study aimed to reveal the theoretical foundations for investing in human capital in educational institutions, reveal its reality in the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and provide recommendations and proposals for investing in human capital in the Ministry of Education in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The study used the descriptive approach, the study reached a set of proposals from The most important of which is the need for the Ministry to pay attention to creative and innovative workers in their field of work, adopt, develop effective administrative systems, provide development, training programs for developing the knowledge, skills of employees in the Ministry, take into account the Ministry’s interest in creative and innovative workers in their field of work, make information available in a fair and equal manner, provide incentives and rewards that encourage Creative proposals from employees.
