The theoretical framework of such strategic alliance has been presented in terms of: its concept, importance, objectives, characteristics, patterns, and rationale of achievement thereof. In addition, the theoretical foundations for investment in scientific researches and marketing thereof have been presented in terms of concept, importance, objectives and patterns as well as identifying the strategic alliance in activating investment in scientific researches in Egyptian Universities. The researcher herein relied on the descriptive approach, owing to its convenience to the nature of research, which resulted the following outcomes: lack of plans for marketing scientific research in Egyptian Universities, impaired coordination among universities and productive enterprises in society, absence of the role of the entities responsible for activating the research strategic alliance for organizing all its types among universities and productive enterprises. Accordingly, the researcher introduced a group of the proposed mechanisms for activating investment of scientific researches and marketing thereof in Egyptian Universities through strategic alliance such as: raise awareness of the importance of strategic alliance through awareness raising campaigns in universities and productive enterprises for adopting policies and legislations in support of research alliances, organize forums and regular meetings for discussing the common challenges and alliance opportunities.
