The current study aimed to establish the prerequisites for applying team management among secondary school administrators in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to obtain a higher-quality career. To accomplish this goal, several sub-objectives were addressed, including the theoretical foundations for applying team management in light of contemporary administrative thought, the requirements for applying team management in light of contemporary administrative thought, and the requirements for applying quality of career life in light of contemporary administrative thought. The study used a descriptive analytical technique and produced a set of findings, the most notable of which are as follows: requiring directing managers not to make judgments alone and involve school personnel in making school-related decisions in order to bear responsibility, The necessity of team members' interest in directing workers toward achieving general goals and working in the spirit of one team, interest in developing effective administrative communication processes and providing a good infrastructure that helps in this, interest in the supervision responsible for implementing strategic plans, and interest in applying organizational strategies for administrative work and work on team member compatibility in school development planning, as well as the importance of paying attention to the factors that must be considered to ensure the success of approaches to improving the quality of career life in secondary schools, such as trust and openness between the organization's management and employees.
