This study aims to study the Egyptian women's uses of Instagram and the gratifications achieved from it, and to identify the rate of exposure to Instagram, monitor the uses of Egyptian women to Instagram and as well as the motivations behind these uses, in addition, measuring the gratifications achieved from these uses. This study is a descriptive study, Based on the Uses and Gratifications theory and Symbolic interactionism. The study uses the survey as a methodology, using the questionnaire as a purposive sampling data collection tool. The sample is of (300) respondents from the Egyptian women audience (18-50years age group). The interview was conducted with (7) women. Egyptian women have been using Instagram for more than three years and use it daily from one to three hours a day, and the results of the study revealed that: - the motives of entertainment ranked first and followed in the second rank by the motives of spending leisure time, it is equivalent to the third rank which is to learn about new products, , - the findings prove that, subject to the research hypothesis that there is a correlation between the rate of use of Instagram by respondents and the motives for their use of it
