Abstract

The aim of the current research is to reveal the reality of improving the educational supervision system in the light of the teaching and learning processes, and to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive survey method was used, and the research sample consisted of (222) teachers and administrative staff (principal / agent) of a school, and the research tool was a questionnaire consisting of Two main axes included the reality of applying the (participatory-creative) supervision system in the light of the teaching and learning processes, and after verifying the validity and stability of the questionnaire, several results were reached, the most important of which is that the relative weight of the paragraphs of the first axis of the questionnaire axes related to the reality of the application of the participatory supervision system in the light of the education processes And learning, came between (4.1532-3.5857), that is, to a large degree, and in the second axis creative supervision came between (4.1216-3.2613), that is, to a large and medium degree. In favor of the teachers, and the absence of differences due to the variable of educational experience, and the presence of differences between the responses of the sample members due to the variable of the educational stage, and in the light of these results, the research presented many recommendations and proposals, the most important of which is training educational supervisors on various skills such as procedural research skills, identifying the needs of teachers,
