Abstract

The aim of the current research is to try to reveal the degree of the educational supervisor's practice of his role in the stage (planning, class observation, lesson analysis) for English language teachers from their point of view, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive survey method was used, and the research sample consisted of (293) teachers and principals from the Jazan region educational, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data consisting of three main dimensions (planning the teaching process - analyzing the teaching process - evaluation and feedback). For his role in the stage (planning, classroom observation, lesson analysis) came with an average of (2.5890) to a large degree, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the research sample members due to the research variables (job, years of experience, teaching stage), and in the light of those Results The research recommended several recommendations and proposals, the most important of which is the need to rehabilitate educational supervisors and train them on the job by holding educational courses and specialized workshops through which they learn and train on the pattern of clinical supervision.
