Relation between Psychological Hardness and Quality of Life among Nurses in civilian and military hospitals

The research aimed to identify the relationship between psychological hardness and quality of life among nurses (civil-military), the differences in the level of psychological hardness due to the age stage , and the differences in the level of quality of life due to the age stage , To achieve this , the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach , whereby the studied data were described and analyzed, The research sample consisted of (50) nurses , (25) nurses in civil nursing in El-Demerdash Hospital , and (25) nurses in military nursing in Ghamra Hospital , their age was between (30-40) years, the research tools included psychological hardness scale (prepared by/ Mekhaimer , ( 2002) , and quality of life among nurses scale (Arabized by/ Arnot , (2008) , modified by/ the researcher), the research results revealed that there were a positive statistically significant correlation between psychological hardness and quality of life, there were differences in psychological hardness among nurses (civil-military) by age for the oldest group, and there were differences in quality of life among nurses (civil-military) by age for the oldest group.
