Abstract
This research concerned with the applied aspect of the words for prosperity and wretchedness in Quranic structures, focusing on the syntactic structure of prosperity and wretchedness in the verse: "The Day it comes no soul will speak except by His permission. And among them will be the wretched and the prosperous
The research aims to demonstrate the synergy between the meanings of (composition) and the meanings of syntax, which are inseparable because the former benefits from our syntactic heritage and both emerge from the same source. This study also emphasizes that the subject of syntactic study is structure itself. Syntacticians have attempted to utilize the various linguistic structures by monitoring the changes that affect sentences and describing them precisely.
The significance of this topic lies in the diligent effort to uncover the secrets of the Quranic composition of the structures for prosperity and wretchedness, study also seeks to illustrate some patterns expressing the structures of prosperity and wretchedness in the Quran, to show the impact of different Quranic readings on the syntactic structures, and the resulting parsing changes,
The study relies on the descriptive, inductive, deductive, and analytical method, and mentioned several findings (conclusions), including that the merit or flaw of a structure can be attributed to the syntactic meanings, which are based on the interconnection between words within a given structure. Additionally, studying the characteristics of structures helps in understanding the methods of the Qur'anic text in its use of various styles and structures in forms unique to it.
