The study aimed to "improve the psychological and self-vitality of mothers of linguistically delayed children" and the sample consisted of (61N =) of mothers of linguistically retarded children, in order to verify the descriptive part of the study, and the sample included (7N =) from mothers of linguistically delayed children, in order to verify the experimental hypotheses of the study. Accordingly, a psychological reassurance scale and a self-vitality scale were prepared, as well as a counseling program was built to improve psychological reassurance and self-vitality among mothers of linguistically retarded children. The results indicated: 1- The degree of psychological reassurance and self-vitality of mothers of linguistically delayed children varies according to the pre- and post-measurements of the program, in the direction of the post-measurement. 2- The degree of psychological reassurance and self-vitality of mothers of linguistically delayed children does not differ according to the dimensional and tracking measurements of the program. 3- There are quantitative and qualitative factors associated with both psychological reassurance and self-vitality among mothers of linguistically retarded children.
