Abstract

This study aimed to identify the requirements for implementing diverse supervision in public schools in the Asir region from the perspective of educational supervisors. The study used a descriptive survey approach and administered a questionnaire to a sample of (191) supervisors. The results showed high approval among sample members on all dimensions of the requirements (training, material, organizational, technical, and technological). Technical requirements ranked first with an average of (3.83), followed by material (3.81), organizational (3.79), technical (3.78), and finally training (3.67). The most prominent training requirements included involving supervisors in preparing professional plans. Material requirements included improving the classroom environment and enhancing the technical infrastructure. Organizational requirements included updating evaluation methods and developing communication channels, while technical requirements focused on training supervisors and developing modern supervisory plans. The technical requirements included the creation of systems, applications, and electronic databases that support diverse supervision. The study revealed statistically significant differences in most dimensions in favor of those with more than three training courses, those with 10 years or more of experience, and those with a bachelor's degree in some dimensions. However, no significant differences were found in the material and technical requirements based on some variables.
