Abstract

The research aims to identify the theoretical frameworks of entrepreneurial leadership in educational institutions ta define the theoretical foundations for community participation in educational institutions and it presents the procedural proposals for activating of community carticipation in educational institutions in light of the entrepreneurial leadershio aooroach. The research used a descriptive approach. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: working to establish effective partnershios between educational institutions and local institutions: by building of strong cooperative relationships and improving of the quality of education through community interaction in developing of curricula and activities and taking into account providing incentives and rewards that encourage the creative proposals among employees of educational institutions.
Establishing an incubator for creativity in educational institutions that would be responsible for supporting and encouraging innovators, developing their creative thinking skills, adopting of creative ideas and working to implement them and establishing the partnerships with governmental and private institutions to launch educational initiatives such as workshops, training programs and cultural exhibitions. The importance of employing the democratic system in administrative work in educational institutions and providing a spirit of creativity and initiative for all employees to encourage them to present opinions and suggestions with necessity of preparing various incentive programs for students, parents and community members to share their time and skills in supporting of educational activities and working to establish regulations and laws for the types of community participation in educational institutions to achieve leadership.
