Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the theoretical foundations of administrative organization, the requirements of digital transformation, and the educational areas in the State of Kuwait to achieve the role of digital transformation requirements in developing the administrative organization in the educational areas of the State of Kuwait. The research used a descriptive approach suitable for the nature of the study, and it reached a set of recommendations and procedural proposals for developing the administrative organization in the educational areas in the State of Kuwait in light of the requirements of digital transformation, including:
1- Developing the technological infrastructure for the network of educational areas in the State of Kuwait.
2- Developing training programs for the directors of educational areas and the staff working in the educational areas in the State of Kuwait in light of the requirements of digital transformation.
3- Raising the requirements of digital transformation (human, material, and technological) that depend on everything technical and modern, especially in devices and equipment.
4- Reconsidering the organizational structure to become more flexible in the educational areas of the State of Kuwait.
5- A project to promote the culture of using technology and the internet to change the prevailing organizational culture in the educational areas of the Kuwait to develop the administrative organization in light of the requirements of digital transformation.
6- Providing the necessary legislative procedures to secure digital transactions and protect the security of information and data related to the administrative organization in the educational areas
