Abstract

This study examines the relationship between job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior among female educational supervisors in the city of abha in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia، using the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of 162 educational supervisors who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using spss. Results indicate that vitality، dedication، and organizational citizenship behavior were viewed favorably by participants، with means ranging from 3.79 to 4.33 on a five-point scale. A statistically significant relationship was found between dedication and organizational citizenship behavior، as well as between vitality and organizational citizenship behavior، while no significant relationship was found between absorption and organizational citizenship behavior. The multiple correlation coefficient showed that 67% of the variance in organizational citizenship behavior can be explained by the dimensions of job engagement.
