Abstract

Abstract:
The research aims to know the requirements for activating the creative leadership of secondary school leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research relied on the descriptive approach through reviewing previous literature, reviewing and analyzing theoretical frameworks and to identify the procedures of creative leadership for secondary school leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results showed that activating the creative leadership of secondary school leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia requires the presence of many basic requirements that may contribute to activating the creative leadership of school leaders to keep pace with developments these requirements include: the adoption of the educational institution on the principle of participation in its institutional system, giving distinct priority to research and experimentation, adopting objective systems for the purposes of evaluating performance, supporting the administrative leadership to work to create the appropriate organizational climate for creativity and giving workers time and freedom to express their opinions and suggestions, take them after studying and analyzing them, developing systems and incentives with high efficiency and effectiveness to move the feelings and needs of individuals towards work.
