Abstract

The research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of cultural diversity management, its relationship to the values of coexistence, reveal the reality of cultural diversity management to spread the values of coexistence in international schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and develop procedural proposals to activate cultural diversity management to spread the values of coexistence in international schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The research relied on the descriptive approach, as the researcher analyzed the literature and studies that dealt with cultural diversity and values of coexistence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, analyzed and discussed them, and the research reached the following results: The level of awareness of the importance of managing cultural diversity and values of coexistence varied between different age groups and regions, and a lack of programs aimed at promoting dialogue between different cultures, and that current curricula need to be developed to include content that enhances the values of coexistence, and a lack of awareness of using technology as a tool to promote dialogue and communication between cultures, and the positive role of directed media in spreading the culture of coexistence, versus the negative effects of some undirected platforms, and the weakness of local initiatives that bring together individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and extracurricular activities contribute to building bridges between different cultures, and the varying ability of generations to adapt to the principles of coexistence and respect for diversity.
