The current study aimed to study the relationship between Self-efficacy and life satisfaction among a sample of adulthood, in addition to knowing the differences in Self-efficacy in terms of work (worker/non-worker), and also aimed to knowing the differences in life satisfaction in terms of work (worker/non-worker).and the researcher depended on the comparative, descriptive approach.To achieve this, the researcher applied the self-efficacy scale (prepared by the researcher) and the life satisfaction scale (prepared by Magdy El-Desouki, 2013) on a sample of 400 adulthood, whose chronological ages ranged between (22-55) years. The study reached the following results: There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and life satisfaction. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the self-efficacy scale according to the work variable (worker - non-worker) for workers, There are also statistically significant differences between the average scores of the satisfaction with life scale. Life according to the work variable (worker - non-worker) for workers.
