This study aimed to identify the development of supervisory practices among educational supervisors in urban Abha in light of the principles of creative leadership. This study used the descriptive survey approach, and the study tool was the questionnaire, which was applied to (70) supervisors, i.e. (76.0%) of the original community. The results also showed that there is a medium degree of agreement among the study members on the challenges facing the development of supervisory practices among educational supervisors in urban Abha in light of the principles of creative leadership from the point of view of the study sample members, including: weak Internet networks in school buildings, as well as the lack of provision of a sufficient number of electronic technologies for supervisors and teachers. The results also showed that there are no differences regarding the requirements for developing supervisory practices among supervisors. Educational dimensions in light of the principles of creative leadership are attributed to academic qualification, while there are differences according to years of experience in favor of (10) years or more. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the challenges facing the development of supervisory practices among educational supervisors in urban Abha in light of the principles of creative leadership attributed to academic qualification and years of experience.
