Developing the performance of principals of public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to keep pace with the Human capacity Development Program
Abstract
The research aimed to identify the requirements for developing the performance of public education managers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to keep pace with the human capacity development program. The research relied on the descriptive approach through reviewing previous literature, reviewing and analyzing the theoretical frameworks of the human capacity development program and accessing through it the mechanism for developing the performance of principals of public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results showed that developing the performance of principals of public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to keep pace with the human capacity development program requires the presence of many requirements including: developing leadership skills, improving communication, developing vision and strategic planning, providing support and guidance to teachers and students, making evidence-based decisions, and interacting with the local community.
