Improving Institutional Performance in Public Education Schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the entrance to Organizational Agility

Abstract

The research aimed to improve institutional performance in public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the entrance to organizational agility, and the research relied on the descriptive analytical approach through reviewing previous literature, reviewing and analyzing some global models applied in the fields of education and management in order to analyze these global models and access through them to a mechanism to improve institutional performance in public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of some global models, and the results showed that improving institutional performance in public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in The organizational agility entrance light requires the availability of many basic requirements that may contribute to building a flexible learning environment that adapts to continuous developments and challenges, including: leadership support and strengthening organizational culture, building flexible and collaborative work teams, focusing on continuous training and development, technological development and supporting infrastructure, change management and developing work processes, setting performance indicators and evaluating results regularly, encouraging innovation and solving problems in new ways, and engaging the educational community and parents.
