Psychological Immunity and Its Relationship to Self-concept, , Anxiety in A Sample of Bullying Victims (A Correlational Comparative Study)

Abstract

The current study aimed to study the relationship between Psychological immunity and self-concept in a sample of bullying victims, in addition to study the relationship between Psychological immunity and anxiety in a sample of bullying victims. To achieve this, the researcher applied the Arab scale of Psychological immunity (prepared by/ Sayed Mohamedy Smeda, Rania Mohamed Salem,2022), The Scale of self-concept in children (prepared by/ Adel Ahmed Ezz El Din El Ashwal,1984), The Scale of Anxiety in children (prepared by/Veola El Biblawy,1987) and the Scale of bullying victims (prepared by/Taha Rabea El AdAway,2014) on (103) male and female students from Primary schools in Giza city. Their ages range from (9-12 years) from Third, Fourth, Fifth and sixth Grade of Primary school.
- Results: - There is a significant correlation between Psychological immunity and self-concept, where Psychological immunity positively associated with self-concept in a sample of bullying victims. There is a significant correlation between Psychological immunity and anxiety, where Psychological immunity negatively associated with anxiety in a sample of bullying victims.
