Abstract

Dr. Fawzia Abdel Sattar (1931 AD - 2019 AD) is one of the figures who added to the Arab library many books in legal and legislative fields and we cannot ignore her great efforts that influenced and contributed in enriching of the community. Dr. Fawzia Abdel Sattar God have mercy on her – contributed at field of Islamic studies, writing of several books such as: (Islam and Human Rights), (The Judiciary in Islam), (The System of ruling in Islam), and (Ethics in Islam) This research deals by (Dr. Fawzia Abdel Sattar’s approach in presenting of human rights issues) and the research also deals with the approach followed by Dr. Fawzia Abdel Sattar in dealing with the issues that were presented by her . Dr. Fawzia Abdel Sattar followed the inductive-deductive approach in addressing of issues which deal with human rights in Islam by The following points: At First: Presenting of jurisprudential opinions without fanaticism towards a particular doctrine. Second: Collecting of the legal texts contained in one topic Third: Focus on the applied and behavioral aspect. Fourth: Deducing the legal verdicts and legislative purposes from texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah. Fifth: Easy expression and good division.
