Abstract

The article summarizes the presentation of one of the Mu'tazila men, through presenting his efforts in writing "the similar Verses of the Holy Qur'an,"and he is "Rukn al-Din Abi Tahir al-Tarithithi," who lived between the third and fourth centuries AH.
Through research, I agreed with the researcher of his book that it is likely that his era preceded the era of judge "Abd al-Jabbar, which ended." To him was the leadership of the Mu'tazila. Al-Tarithithi's efforts in interpreting similar verses of the Holy Qur'an were discussed in terms of the principles on which he relied.
They are: reason, the Book, the Sunnah, and consensus.
Al-Tarithithi relied on reason, which is the primary basis for the Mu'tazila in interpreting the verses of the Holy Qur'an.
They prioritized reason the ruler of the legal text. It became clear to me through presenting Al-Tarithithi's efforts, his approach, using evidence that confirms the principles that he relied on in Prioritizing reason over the Qur'an, the Sunnah, and consensus, as the wisdom of the similar verses of the Holy Qur'an has been demonstrated, including: sharpening minds and minds, and forbidding negligence and imitation.
He also explained the difference between interpretation and interpretation and the different aspects of interpretation.
