Abstract

The spinning and weaving industry is one of the most important sectors of economic activities. The establishment and development of the industry requires two types of factors: the main and secondary ones that are interlinked with each other. For instance, the location of the city helped in the availability of agricultural raw materials such as cotton from the governorates of Sharkia, Beheira, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Menoufia, and others. The availability of raw materials, in turn, provided laborers from the city itself from the neighboring centers and provinces. In addition Capital (invest ment) defined as the work saned and embodied in the form of machine. Transportation was also an important factor for transporting products, as the city was characterized by a network of main and secondary roads, and the market, which is the first destination for manufacturing to sell local or international.Ther are also some secondary Factors , including government policy , land prices , water resarcs , drainage , management , Industrial interdependence and others.
