Abstract:
The research aims to define the conceptual framework of strategic intelligence in secondary schools in terms of presenting its concept, objectives, importance, stages, characteristics, levels, and requirements for its activation in public secondary schools, and then moving to theoretical frameworks for the performance of public secondary schools in Egypt, by presenting the concept of performance, its objectives, importance, characteristics, elements and stages of its development. In public secondary schools, then getting to know the concept of public secondary schools and the dimensions of performance in them, and the requirements for improving performance in public secondary schools (material, human, organizational, legislative, legal, technological and technical). The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research reached a set of obstacles and difficulties that may be faced. Activating the role of strategic intelligence to improve performance in public secondary schools, including:
• Weak financial capabilities allocated to the Ministry of Education in Egypt due to the difficult economic situation, both locally and internationally.
• The scarcity of a multi-role teacher who keeps pace with the digital age.
• There is difficulty in how to activate school facilities in some schools by employing their various resources due to their lack of readiness to complete this strategy as they need the necessary financial support to develop such facilities.
