The research deals with developing of role of secondary technical and commercial education in developing its human resources to achieve the requirements of the labor market. The aim of the research is to activate the role of secondary technical education in developing its human resources to achieve the requirements of the labor market and to identify modern educational approaches to link secondary technical and commercial education into labor market of Egypt and to reveal The role of commercial technical secondary schools in achieving the requirements of the labor market in Egypt To achieve that goal it discusses the theoretical foundations of human resources development in commercial technical secondary education by presenting some educational approaches to develop the human resources and linking them into labor market and revealing the role of technical secondary education in Egypt for achieving the labor market requirements, The research used the Descriptive method by its various dimensions of description, analysis and interpretation. the most important results were: the acute shortage of resources and capabilities allocated to spending on secondary commercial education, the absence of the economic and social value of technical education, The research ended by coming up with a set of procedural proposals which were represented in motivating of businessmen and owners of productive institutions to participate in financing of Technical education institutions which provide the necessary training for students and develop an educational and training plans concerned to qualifying of students since completion of Principal education Stage.
