Abstract

The current research aims to identify the conceptual framework of management by happiness to achieve the quality of institutional performance in hotel secondary education schools in Egypt in terms of presenting the concept of management by happiness, its objectives, importance and characteristics, and to identify the skills required to achieve the quality of institutional performance in the light of the entrance to management by happiness, down to the most important obstacles that limit the application of management Happiness in educational institutions in general, and hotel secondary schools in particular, and then moving to the theoretical foundations of quality by presenting its concept, types, stages of access to quality, the importance of its management and methods of dealing with it, as well as the research deals with Foundations Institutional foundations of institutional performance in contemporary administrative thought, and the performance of institutional institutional performance and its importance and the quality of institutional performance, identifying hotel secondary education schools in terms of their concept, objectives and types, and the use of research descriptive method for its suitability to the research table and the research reach of transactions and general proposals. To activate the role of management in happiness, the quality of institutional performance in hotel secondary education schools, for example:Proper use of the resources and capabilities of the hotel secondary school in order to achieve the development of institutional performance in the light of management and happiness.
