Summary

The choice of the individual for academic and professional plays in a pre-planned manner is the basis of psychological health and the basis of success in any step we take in our lives, which means how we manage ourselves.
This current research aims to reveal the relationship between self-management skills of successful and unsuccessful professionals working in the field of journalism, And the extent to which the individual’s investment of own skills and capabilities affects his professional success, which in turn leads to success in life in general.
The human by nature has an innate tendency that always pushes him towards the best and towards self-development, and therefore each of us searches for the strengths and talents that he possesses to invest in his life in general and in his life Professional career in particular to achieve a better social and professional status to keep pace with the continuous life developments.
Self-management is one of the means of support that helps to set goals and organize life priorities, and encourages positive experiences in which the individual invests his skills and knowledge, which leads him to professional success and success in his life in general.
