Abstract

Abstract
The study aims to identify the extent to which the teacher plays his role in moral values development among Industrial Secondary Education students in Egypt, and to identify the theoretical frameworks for moral values. It also aims to identify the philosophy of Industrial Secondary Education in Egypt, and to form a set of mechanisms.
The study includes scientific steps that help in displaying and developing positive moral values among students, which help in improving the behavior of students, especially students Industrial Secondary Education in Egypt. In the development of moral values through The Industrial Education System, especially Industrial Secondary Education in Egypt, and the development of a proposed strategy to activate the role of the teacher in the development of moral values, in line with the current reality, in order to form a set of mechanisms that enables the teacher to play his role in the development of moral values among students of Industrial Secondary Education.
The study used the descriptive approach and the environmental analysis method (Swot), and the study concluded that there are some deficiencies in the teacher's performance of his role in moral values development.
