Psychological well-being as a major determinant of mindful eating in adolescents

Abstract

The present study aimed to study the predictability of mindful eating through what it contributes to the psychological well-being of adolescents, studying the demographic variables (gender-age) affecting the study variables. Study methodology and procedures: The study sample consisted of (n = 100) adolescents, and the ages of the sample ranged between (13-24 )years old, males and females, the two measures of precious well-being and the scale of mindful eating (prepared by researchers) were applied to them, and after carrying out the appropriate statistical treatments ; The results of the study concluded that there is a strong positive relationship between the precious well-being and the mindful eating of adolescents , the psychological well-being does not differ according to gender , and the psychological well-being does not differ according to age .and the mindful eating does not differ with different demographic variables (gender-age).
