Marriage is the only way to form a family, create family stability and provide society with new members, which contributes to its continuation, and it also establishes kinship and family ties, and represents commitment to the pattern of social controls and contributes to their activation, but living conditions and economic and social changes have imposed a danger of a special kind that began to haunt homes targeting young people of both sexes, represented by the phenomenon of delaying the age of marriage or the so-called spinsterhood.
According to what mentioned before, Spinsterhood is a dangerous disease that we have to face with all that we have done, otherwise this disease will destroy our society and spread corruption and we can not then face it, and the most important reasons for the spread of spinsterhood is non-compliance with Islamic law, it is enough to eliminate spinsterhood and that pluralism and facilitation for the applicant for marriage, whether by lack of dowry, females or housing is one of the most important factors to eliminate spinsterhood, parents should know that honoring a woman by facilitating her marriage and not with the exorbitant expenses on the shoulders of the husband who are in Many times make the husband carry debts after his marriage for years if he does not decide to withdraw and not to marry, and governments, especially in rural areas, should take serious steps to facilitate marriage and relieve the husband.
