Abstract

The goal of the current study is to examine how well a proposed programme based on effective of affects stress reduction and the improvement of teaching abilities in secondary school psychology teachers, to achieve this goal, the teacher's guide and worksheets were prepared to test attitudes to manage stress, and a note card for teaching performance. The study used a single group experimental design and an analytical descriptive technique. A group of secondary school psychology teachers were the subjects of the study. To assess a proposed program's efficacy based on coping skills, stress reduction, and the improvement of teaching performance. In terms of stress management scenarios and a note card for teaching performance, the results revealed statistically significant differences between the pre and post applications at the level of 0.01 in support of the post applications, which supports the effectiveness of the suggested programme depends on how much confrontation reduces stress and improves the teaching abilities of secondary psychology teachers. The researcher advised using the research's findings to comprehend the nature of the psychological structure of the teacher in order to design ideas that might help reduce the psychological demands that instructors experience
