Abstract

This aim of research is to study the effectiveness of two Patterns of Crowdsourcing (Guided, Free) in a Social Learning Environment Through Web and their Effectiveness in Female Student Teachers’ Acquisition of Designing Instructional Situations Competencies. The research used the developmental research methodology including the description, development, and experimentation, according to Elgazzar Model (2014). The experimental method adopted to measure the effectiveness of Crowdsourcing (Guided, Free) on Instructional Situations Competencies. The research sample consisted of (60) Student Teachers' from the Women Faculty of Arts, Science and Education, Ain-Shams University. The research experiment was carried out, and the appropriate statistical treatment methods were applied using the (SPSS V.20) program. The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of crowdsourcing (guided and free) in Designing Instructional Situations Competencies. In light of this, the research presented a number of recommendations and suggestions like using crowdsourcing when developing the competencies of designing Instructional situations.
