Abstract

The study aimed to recognize the practice degree of institutional excellence management standards at Hail University in light of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), It aimed also to disclose differences of statistical significance about the practice degree of institutional excellence standards at Hail University in light of (EFQM). It is attributed to the following changes: (nature of work - number of service years in leadership work - type). The researcher used the random sampling and descriptive approach and questionnaire as a tool for gathering information from the study community, which is represented by the academic leadership of Hail University in the second semester 1440H/2020G. The study found that all institutional excellence management standards as a whole had an average calculation of (3.69), and a standard deviation of (0.79), all to a high degree of approval; This indicates that the practice of institutional excellence management standards at Hail University in light of (EFQM) from the point of view of academic leaders; was to a large extent. It found also the existence of differences of statistical significance at the indicative level (0.05) in the study members' estimates of the degree of standard practice - other than the standard of partnerships and resources - is due to the gender variability, and the differences were in favor of females. The study recommended raising awareness among all parties associated with the importance of preserving the University's resources and property, encouraging its staff to develop their skills.
