The Role Of Palestinian Universities In The Development Of The Culture About The Right Of Return To Palestine

The research aimed to identify the theoretical frameworks of the culture of the right of return and its requirements among Palestinian university students in the State of Palestine, in order to reach mechanisms for developing and activating the role of the university as one of the most important educational pillars in developing awareness, and its contribution to spreading and developing the culture of the right of return among its students. The research relied on the descriptive approach, and The research used Swot's environmental analysis method to reveal the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Palestinian universities, and the research concluded the following results:
1. The necessity to spread the culture about the right of students to cling to their nation and to defend it.
2. Leading the dissemintion of the culture of rightful return for the respect of legal and historical rights of Palestinian people guaranteed by the international treaties.
3. the necessity to create a university environment for the development of the culture of rightful return to the country through the three functions of the university.
4. the importance of revelation of violations from the cultural occupation through the conductance of more polls interviews and researches that aim the legal protection of Palestinian and cultural heritage and properties.
5. Activaty cooperation with social institutions for the resolution of Palestinian refugees problems.
