Abstract

The success and progress of any institution depends on its ability to face various variables, and its development in the effective and continuous development of its operations, objectives and development plans. Perhaps this is achieved through the institution's success in adopting the well-known and prevailing administrative theories and applying them in various fields and at various levels in this institution. For this reason, all institutions must adopt the most successful management style commensurate with the nature of work in them, and they should not hesitate to apply modern management theories and provide them to administrators and decision makers.
Education comes at the forefront of achieving comprehensive development, because its focus is on human resource development, which is a strategic choice for the sustainable development of human societies. Therefore, it is a priority for planners and decision makers to develop this resource and improve its inputs, processes and outputs. In order for education to be able to meet the requirements of the times, it is necessary to graduate a quality of learners who are able to develop themselves continuously, and this can only be done by providing the appropriate educational climate and the provision of qualified managers, and this is what developed countries seek, and from this point of view comes the importance of And the need to make a qualitative leap in our education. Transcend traditional concepts and practices, and launch into broader horizons with the self-imposed modern concepts, through which the developed world operates.
