Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to identify the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial leadership in Egyptian universities in terms of presenting the concept of entrepreneurial leadership, its objectives, importance and characteristics, and identifying the skills required for leadership, in order to reach the most important obstacles that limit the application of entrepreneurial leadership and then move to the theoretical foundations of crisis management by presenting its concept, types, stages of crisis management and its importance Its management and methods of dealing with it, The research deals with the crisis of the Corona Virus Covid 19 as a model through its origin, concept and the effects of the crisis, such as the political, social, economic and educational effects, then identifying the role of pioneering leadership in universities in crisis management. The research reached a set of recommendations and procedural proposals to activate the role of pioneering leadership in Egyptian universities in crisis management (the Corona virus crisis), for example:
1- Research recommendation: the continuity of developing alternative plans and its support to enhance crisis management in higher education institutions. Action proposal: The participation of employees in educational institutions with those in charge of implementation to set controls that ensure their effectiveness to achieve the desired goals.
2- Research recommendation: Spreading awareness of the importance of entrepreneurial leadership and raising awareness of crisis management methods. Action proposal: Training those responsible for managing the crisis and informing them of the advanced global experiences to benefit from them
