Abstract

Under the directives of the political leaders, the State of Kuwait witnessed a system of educational and scientific activities aimed at developing the educational system to contribute to the process of reconstruction and economic and social construction. Serious attempts to develop education testify that the state is making great efforts to develop education and its policy. Educational leadership is a leadership style that applies between leaders and subordinates that the leader uses to change the status quo by informing followers of the problems in the organization in which they work through inspiration, persuasion, and excitement in order to achieve a high level of clear vision to achieve the current common goals, and about the ideal situation that will be New organizations and educational leaders are distinguished by their contributions and better relationships with their supervisors and subordinates in the organizations in which they work. The reason for this is that they have a different source of influential power over their subordinates, and the power lies in their use of personal power that stems from their subordinates’ conviction as leaders, and from their concrete behavior.
In this context, the State of Kuwait seeks to advance the educational system in general, and secondary education in particular, by providing funding and the necessary visions to develop all dimensions or axes of the educational process, in which the administration is the main axis, the beating heart, or the main engine for everything It is required of the school towards the educational and educational process
