Mindfulness and its relationship to self-regulated learning strategies among university students. Study Objectives: This study sought to reveal Mindfulness and its relationship to Self-regulated learning strategies among university students. Method and Procedures: The study relied on the descriptive approach of its two types, comparative and correlative, and the study sample consisted of (85) male and female students from the university, who were applied to Mindfulness scales (prepared by the researcher), and Self-regulated learning strategies prepared by (Hany Murad, 2016). Results: The results of the study revealed a positive correlation between Mindfulness and Self-regulated learning strategies, and there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of scientific and literary specializations from the study sample on Mindfulness scale towards the scientific specialization, while the level of Mindfulness did not differ of the study sample varies according to gender and place of residence, as well The level of Self-regulated learning strategies did not differ in the study sample according to gender, place of residence, or academic specialization.
