Abstract:
The aim of this research is to build enrichment program using emotional, cognitive learning to develop emotional intelligence in science for preparatory stage students, and this research has followed the quasi – experimental design and used one of its designs are the two – group experimental design.
The research group consists of (80) gifted girls in science and divided them into two groups, this research has reached that there is a statistical significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group that use emotional, cognitive learning program in educational content and the mean scores of control group in the post application of emotional intelligence test for the experimental group.

The aim of the current research is to prepare an enrichment program based on cognitive and emotional learning to develop emotional intelligence among talented female students in science at the preparatory stage.
Also, educational processing materials were prepared, which included:
1) The enrichment program based on cognitive-emotional learning.
2) The activity brochure for gifted and talented students in science, formulated according to the cognitive-emotional learning program.
3) A teacher's guide for teaching units (matter, its composition, energy, and adaptive diversity in living organisms) to pupils
