Abstract

Communication is an important factor for the success of any company in performing its tasks and functions and improving its internal and external relations. Marketing has made it a cornerstone in the success, development or weakness of companies, which affects decision-making. The producing companies constantly need to know what is going on in the markets, because the needs of consumers change, their tastes change, and their purchasing behavior is affected by many factors. Therefore, marketing research is considered one of the basic steps that must be implemented at the beginning of any project to be able to develop an effective and successful plan for the project, and it is implemented through Companies known as marketing research companies, which consist of experts who have a great experience in this field in terms of collecting data and various information about customers, competitors and the environment of A company and the public then analyze what has been compiled and translated in the end in an objective way, which enables the company or the project to make sound decisions that ensure their continuity, profit and development in a proper manner
