Abstract

Abstract:
Will Kymlicka is one of the most famous contemporary thinkers in philosophy and political studies. His numerous books, enriching political thinking, focus on minority rights, multicultural societies, and citizenship issues. His research emphasized issues faced by marginalized groups’ minorities, such as indigenous populations, ethnic, cultural and religious minorities. He highlighted the importance of human rights treaties and covenants. He addressed an issue becoming more and more prominent in modern era, the immigration. He presented his special vision of multiculturalism within an intellectual framework based on the right to live and coexist with other members of the community.
Given his interest in women's issues, Will Kymlicka held many discussions to respond to claims against multiculturalism being detrimental to women. His approach involved the transition from theory to practical application, which gave his topics a realistic touch. The study aims to:-
• Shedding light on Will Kymlicka political thinking, being one of the most influential philosophers nowadays. The study presents his most recent publications, given rare academic literature in Arabic language to his regard.
• Presenting a new vision of Will Kymlicka political concepts of important modern era concepts via the theoretical approach practical application, calling for more belonging and integration in the same community
