Developing Positive Thinking Skills among Secondary Stage Female Students Using Multimedia to Enhance Euphoria

Abstract

The aim of the research is to discover the relationship between positive thinking skills and happiness, and the development of positive thinking skills to improve the feeling of happiness among secondary school students through a cognitive behavioral program using multimediam, The sample of the current study in its descriptive part consisted of (100) female students from the secondary stage, while the number of the study sample in its experimental part was (60) female students from the secondary stage at Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed School- Al-Shorouk City - Cairo Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021Dividing them into two groups (30) experimental groups, (30) control groups, and the researcher used the following tools, A scale of positive thinking skills for secondary school students (prepared by the researchers), a scale of feeling of happiness among secondary school students (prepared by the researchers), a form for the socio-cultural level of the family (prepared by the researchers), a cognitive behavioral program to develop positive thinking skills to improve the feeling of happiness among secondary school students using Multimedia (prepared by the researchers), The results of the study: In its descriptive part, there is a direct relationship between positive thinking skills and a feeling of happiness among secondary school students, and a strong positive impact of the cognitive-behavioral program in developing positive thinking skills and improving feelings of happiness among secondary school students using multimedia.
