The aim of the research to develop self-management skills to improve the degree of psychological flow of female librarians in the preparatory stage. The sample of the current study, in its descriptive part, consisted of (30) female librarians in the preparatory stage, while the number of Expermental study sample members was (40) female librarians in the preparatory stage - city Al-Shorouk - Cairo Governorate for the academic year 2020/2021, they were divided into two groups (20)experimental groups(20)control groups.The researcher used the following tools :family social/cultural level form,self-management skills scale for female librarians in the preparatory stage (prepared by the researcher), psychological flow scale for female librarians in the preparatory stage (prepared by the researcher),a training program for developing self-management skills to improve the psychological flow of female librarians in the preparatory stage (prepared by the researcher),The results of the study, in its descriptive part, revealed a positive relationship between self-management skills and psychological flow,and also revealed the effectiveness of a training program in developping self-management skills improveing the degree of psychological flow of female librarians in the preparatory stage.
