Abstract

The topic is: The ruling on the two rak’ahs of tawaf between Makki Al-Maliki and Al-Tabarsi Al-Ithna Ashari, through the Qur’anic readings in the Almighty’s saying: “And take you the Maqam of Ibrahim ”
It aims to identify the extent of the impact of the Qur’anic readings on the jurisprudential rulings of the Maliki, and the Twelver interpreter. To know the extent to which the interpreter is related to his jurisprudential doctrine, and the evidence of the schools owners, and weighting between them.
I used the inductive deductive approach in it, and reached several results: That Makki relied in favoring the reading on the consensus of the readers and inferred from the effects, he didn’t mention his opinion , and his preference for reading of Kasr-Al kha is evidence that his opinion is that the two rak’ahs of tawaf are necessary, in agreement with Ibn Al-Arabi Al-Maliki, and contrary to his school of thought, which says: that they are Sunnah or follow the tawaf.
As for Al-Tabarsi, he agreed with his school of thought in ruling the two rak’ahs of tawaf, based on the reading of Kasr.
Finally, we can combine reading of the mobtada and khabar by making reading of the mobtada obligatory, and reading of the past informing about the condition of Abraham followers.
Finally, I recommend intensifying efforts around the jurisprudential works of Makki, and verifying them, as he has many jurisprudential works that are still in manuscripts.
