Development the jurisprudence curriculum in the light of developments and contemporary jurisprudence issues, and its impact on the awareness of first-grade students of Al-Azhar secondary school

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the developed curriculum in developing awareness of some recent developments and contemporary jurisprudential issues among students of the first secondary grade of Al-Azhar. The analogy from a list of developments and contemporary jurisprudential issues was represented in three main areas as follows: The first field: the field of worship, and it includes (5) issues. The second field: the field of transactions, and it includes (7) issues. The third field: the field of medical issues, and under it (8) cases and a content analysis form (prepared by the researcher) in the light of the list of developments and contemporary jurisprudence issues and the scale of students’ awareness of some developments and contemporary jurisprudence issues. And related to the dimensions of the scale, which numbered (40) forty phrases, and the research found that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group in measuring the awareness of developments and contemporary jurisprudential issues, before and after, in favor of the post application.
