"Developing the Educational Supervision System in Egypt in light of Diverse Supervision"

Abstract
Societies deem the education as the driving force of Nations advance and progress, education is the hallmark of our age. Without the educational system effectiveness, countries may not achieve their goals and ambitions. Based on this permanent and renewed movement, education role is emerged, and the need to find new systems and methods to improve the educational process in all elements, the student, the teacher, the principal or the educational supervisor, to increase the effectiveness and performance as well as raise the production level. In order for education to paid off, it needs effective supervision regulates its activity, and coordinates its members’ efforts to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, there was great interest in the educational field using the educational supervision in general and directing the workflow to achieve its desired goals in particular. Therefore, identifying the theoretical foundations of diverse supervision, types, advantages and disadvantages of research aims to know the requirements for applying diverse supervision to develop the educational supervision system in Egypt, understanding the role of diverse supervision when applied in developing the educational supervision system in Egypt from the supervisors’ point of view, having a proposed vision to develop the educational supervision system in Egypt in the light of diverse supervision direction.
