Research summary: The Mu'tazilites proceeded from the legal evidence in confronting the atonement and corruption of the Kharijites. The beginning is to present the concepts and terminology of the names that appear in this chapter, and to ensure that they are extremely accurate because of the rulings that result from them related to unbelief, faith, and the position of the individual or group towards the Muslim community. The keenness of the Muslim mind in presenting these concepts and terms was not limited to the origin of their linguistic meaning, but rather based on what was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, the Prophetic Sunnah and the consensus of Muslims in their various eras and ages, especially during the era of the Companions - may God be pleased with them - and their practical applications from the Sunnah with those who oppose them from Members and teams of the faithful community. And they have all agreed that a Muslim should not be a disbeliever for a sin, and he remains among the believing group, even if that group is oppressed, because he has special provisions that were mentioned in the Noble Qur’an and in the practical Sunnah in the faithful application of it on the authority of Imam Ali - may God be pleased with him - in the original Fighting the oppressors, which makes them paradoxical with the fight against the infidels and polytheists.
